The butterfly project.
1. Draw a butterfly in the place where you self harm, not ontop of any cuts though.
2. Your butterfly needs to be kept alive, you cannot scrub it off, or it dies, and you have to try but to self harm, because that kills it.
3. If you self harm, draw another butterfly and maybe name it after someone special to you. 4. Remember, slipping up isn’t failing, not picking yourself up after falling is failing <3
